well fellas, as one who gets routinely snaked by longboarders--ok, maybe not snaked, but at least not able to catch waves because the guy coming down the line was the same dude who just ripped past me when the last set came--i must say this looks pretty good for those of us sliders of 6'4"-and-shorter variety!!

ha, but here's to all of us catching some bitchin' rides in the coming days!

Heh, don't worry, I'll make it outside Jeff. I'll still zip by you.

Ha DiNunzio, you nailed it when you said
"because the guy coming down the line was the same dude who just ripped past me when the last set came"
I am that guy.
Love that big outside stuff.
Enjoy the ones you do get to yourself..

all good, all good. just keep hooting when you guys get sprayed by a nice big turn on your paddle back out!

enjoy the weekend--surfline even dropped an "Epic" on their forecast!

Yeah, I've been on the receiving end of a few well placed fins coming far too close to my nez. Johnny Mastic has made the point that certain places won't be able to hold this swell any better than certain surfers.
Have a great weekend.
And take pictures...
