An "Are You Kidding" Moment (that lasts 8 minutes)
This longish (make that never ending) clip deserves comment (make that post) for a number of reasons (in no particular order):
1. The music throughout is just totally top notch.
2. The fluidity of the skater is matched only by his technical virtuosity.
3. It is yet another clip gifted by the Nabi Cooperative.
The boy is getting his first skateboard for Christmas, and I am scared to death.

skate videos are starting to depress me more than excite me now..they make me come to the realization that i suck soooo much at skateboarding..regardless I still love it..this clips music was great and the wallride at 2:45 was amazing....I hope my boys are better at skating then I am I wanna live vicariously though them
I grew up in a family that was infatuated with skis. Snow skis, water ski, ski ball. Skating didn't enter the cultural equation. The cool kids at school had their skater fops, the Rat Bones shirts, cool Vision sneakers. I had brown boots and those mountaineering sunglasses with the leather attached to the sides. Man, I wanted to be a skater. It wasn't until later, high school and college that skating was a possibility for me. And by then I was just too much crap at it. But flying down the long windy road in the Riviera above SB, dropping into the Tea Bowls, flailing power slides in the ditch by 101... I see some of these skate videos and I still get that feeling of insecurity, of not belonging, and desperately wanting to.
